STL Startup Week runs on the energy and generosity of volunteers who help make every session, check-in, and connection possible. Whether you’re a seasoned event pro or brand new to the scene, there’s a place for you to jump in, give back, and be part of something bigger.
Why volunteer?

Volunteer Roles
Volunteers play a big role in making STL Startup Week run smoothly. You can find a role based on your interests, skills, and availability. Opportunities include:
Welcome attendees, scan tickets, and help distribute materials.
Help prep and reset event spaces before and after sessions.
Assist speakers with setup, monitor attendance, and help keep sessions on track.
Assist with food, beverage, and venue upkeep.
Guide attendees between venues and answer general questions.
Snap photos, post to social media, or help share real-time event updates.
Time Commitment
Whether you have a few hours or a few days, we’d love your help! Volunteers typically commit to one or more 3–4 hour shifts during the week of November 10–14, 2025. Morning, afternoon, and evening options are available.
We’ll provide training, a team t-shirt, and all the info you need to feel confident and prepared.
